Onion Rings
The perfect snack to satisfy your craving for fried food, without the guilt. These crispy baked onion rings are paleo, gluten free, and vegan. Serve as a tasty snack with your dip of choice.

INGREDIENTS
1 Flax Egg (1 tbsp Flax Meal + 2.5 tbsp Water)
1 Yellow Onion
½ Cup Arrowroot Flour
Paprika
Salt
½ Cup Coconut Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400 Fahrenheit).
Begin by making the flax egg and set aside allowing it to thicken.
Peel and slice the onion into thin strips, separating the rings from each other.
Mix the dry ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Combine the coconut milk with the flax egg in a separate bowl.
Dip the onion rings into the wet ingredients before submerging in the flour.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the coated rings onto the tray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Remove from the oven when golden.
