Fry these babies up with some olive oil and a dash of salt, and you've got yourself the tastiest guilt-free finger food you'll ever find. Flower sprouts, also known as kalettes, happen to be packed full of healthy vitamins.

INGREDIENTS

  • Flower sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Cayenne
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Rinse your flower sprouts and throw them into the pan.
  3. Fry for several minutes allowing them to soak up some of the oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and your desired amount of spice.
