Pan-Fried Flower Sprouts
What happens when kale and brussel sprouts have a baby? Flower sprouts are born, and boy are they delicious! Fry these babies up with some olive oil and a dash of salt, and you've got yourself the tastiest guilt-free finger food you'll ever find. Flower sprouts, also known as kalettes, happen to be packed full of healthy vitamins.
INGREDIENTS
- Flower sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Cayenne
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Rinse your flower sprouts and throw them into the pan.
- Fry for several minutes allowing them to soak up some of the oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and your desired amount of spice.
